Powered by the Strong Interest Inventory® 244 assessment, the new version of the Strong assessment, this report is gender-neutral, provides exciting new insights for respondents such as academic major scores, and draws from an expanded set of academic majors and occupations to deliver even more tailored and actionable recommendations.

Gender-neutral: Suitable for all individuals regardless of their gender, this report is generated from the Strong 244 assessment, which doesn’t require a response to the gender demographic item or use gender in the scoring or interpretation of results.
Similarity scores for Top 100 occupations: The report provides similarity scores for an individual’s top 100 occupations drawn from an expanded set of 321 occupations available with the Strong 244 assessment—up from 130 in the Strong assessment—offering deeper insight for career exploration.
Similarity scores for Top 100 academic majors: For the first time in Strong reports, the Strong 244 Profile will also include scores related to academic majors. It provides an individual their similarity scores for their Top 100 majors, drawn from a set of 177, giving them even more valuable information to explore potential academic and career pathways.
Shorter assessment: The Strong 244 Profile is generated from the Strong 244 assessment, which includes only 244 questions instead of 291 for the Strong assessment, allowing for a more efficient and engaging assessment experience.

Get Certified

The Strong Interest Inventory® instrument is a restricted assessment and practitioners need to be trained to access and use it. This ensures that the instrument is used for the purpose for which it was designed and that it is being administered and interpreted correctly.

The two-day certification program will qualify you in the professional and ethical administration of the Strong Interest Inventory®. Upon successful completion of the program, you will gain a certificate of qualification to purchase and use both the instrument and its reports.

Public Strong Interest Inventory® certification programs are available virtually. In-house programs are available upon request.
